Delete your Sofrah account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of the Sofrah account you use in the Sofrah app. You can also request it in the app under Profile → Delete Account. We review each request before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your account, profile details (name, username, email, phone number, country, date of birth, photo), sign-in sessions, notifications and push tokens, and ratings businesses gave you.
What is kept
Businesses keep an anonymous record of your past orders (items, prices and dates only) for their accounting. Your name, phone number, email and address are not kept. Reviews you wrote stay, without your name.
Delete account
Sign in with your account details to confirm your request. You can keep using your account until it's deleted.
